I had a colonoscopy a few years ago. I had killer international health insurance backed by Loyd's of London. However the doctor didn't want to deal with the paper work, so standard cash cost was $750. If they were billing the insurance company it was going to be about $2500.

The headline is misleading when it says education. How about the support network for schools. How any administrative people back up each teacher? Probably to many. Government run enterprises are largely inefficient and aloud to run over budget at tax payer expense.

How much will cost? Who will pay for it? Afghanistan is a very poor country and the money could be better spent on infrastructure and it's citizens. The statutes are now, unfortunately in the history books. That is where they should stay as a memory.

I don't have a lot of faith in these studies. They are nothing more than marketing tools to get new customers.

I've always said, Government sets the example, and they do a poor job of it. Predator corporations are in control, it seems profit before principal is our way of living. This is not capitalism, true capitalism applies ethical principals in a business environment.
Should compensation be given to the patients or the families of victims of past government medical experiments?
